This privacy policy sets out how Channel Doctors uses and protects any information that you give Channel Doctors when you use this website or sign up for a newsletter.

When  we ask you to provide personal data  when using this website or signing up for and reading a newsletter, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

Channel Doctors’ website, newsletters, content and services are intended for a commercial audience, addressing business and organisations’ customer acquisition, engagement and retention needs.   • contact information including email address, work telephone number, work-orientated social media identifiers and work address
  • Areas of interest and preferences, typically derived from surveys or cookies which track the web articles and links users and subscribers click on

We do not envisage any need to collected Special Category (or Sensitive) data.

Under data protection law,  the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

  2. We have a legitimate interest. Especially for pre-existing contacts of Channel Doctors who work in the field of customer acquisition, engagement and retention or have a professional interest in those areas, Channel Doctors may have identified a legitimate interest basis on which to send them marketing communications.
